Well Crickey! At last - my first blog. I am Bruce Penhall. I run a small restaurant in Scotland. This is not an attempt to 'drum up' customers - got enough of them locally thanks - so if you find the restaurant, well done, cos I ain't telling where it is :) This blog is a place of me to record my recipes in a way that I can easily access them and also allows my friends and relatives to access them when they need.
